İzmit AEMTEM

İzmit AEMTEM was opened in December 23, 2006 with the participation of the Minister of National Defence, Mr. Vecgi Gönül. Training Centre is located near Cahit Elginkan Anatolian High School, which was built by Elginkan Foundation and donated to the National Education by providing all required equipment. Centre has total closed area of 4.080 m² on an open area of 8.000 m², it includes several vocational classes such as welding, Automatic Control, Compensation in PLC Power Circuits, Basic Electronics, Digital and Industrial Electronics, Hydraulic - Pneumatic, Central Heating Boiler Natural Gas and Plumbing and First Aid Laboratories.

Training Centre has an annual capacity of 10 thousand peoples. Training activities are carried out under 3 major topics as Development and Adaptation Courses, Vocational Courses and Total Quality Management Seminars. Trainings are provided by permanent trainers of AEMTEM, technical teachers of vocational high schools connected to the Ministry of National Education, and university lecturers.
