Profile of Our Community

Foundation of the Elginkan Community, which has served the Turkish industry and takes pride in performing the first production in many business segments, was laid with Ekrem Elginkan Engineering Office in Ankara in 1950.  Its first area of activity was central heating installation, city potable water pipeline and city network, dam, railway, road and construction and contracting works.  Later 'Ekrem, Cahit and Ahmet Elginkan Collective Partnership' was founded by Ahmet Elginkan and his sons Ekrem and Cahit Elginkan.

The Community, which turned towards industry in 1957 with the name 'E.C.A.  Presdöküm Sanayii Limited Şirketi' composed of the first letters of the names of the father and his sons, started production of sanitary tapware.

The Community has reached the current product variability by adding production and marketing of valves and armatures, ceramic sanitary ware, central and individual heaters and coolers, gas and electrical water heaters, white and brown goods, pig casting products, patterns, food, construction and industrial raw material to its areas of activity since the day it was founded.

In the Elginkan Community, which continues its activities within a concept of integrity from raw material to sales, planning and execution of this chin is carried out through continuous and significant intra and intercompany exchange of information and management.

Operating with 19 companies with 3000 employees in different sectors currently, Elginkan Community continues to offer quality products to the consumer with its brands E.C.A., SEREL, ARSEL, EMAS, ODÖKSAN, ELBA, AR, YAK and SPİL SEREL.
